Ho Chi Minh's life was devoted to liberating the country of Vietnam and giving the Vietnamese people the freedom they deserved. He brought communism into Vietnam and killed many innocent people. However, his devotion to Vietnam gave him the nickname "Bac Ho," meaning "Uncle Ho." The city of Saigon, Vietnam was renamed Ho Chi Minh City in honor of his bravery and courage. His actions allowed Vietnam to be an independent country. His legacy inspired people to follow their dreams. Although he's seen as one of the top leaders of the 20th century, there are many people who remember him as a murderer.
